What Universities on the East and West Coast provide Jazz Vocal Performance as an instrument (as a major)?

All i have is Berklee college of music.
I would rather perform by myself rather than as an ensemble so if you
have any clue as to what conservatories or universities offer such i
would appreciate it. Im looking more into New York or California.
