Does anyone know where I can watch/get the German dub of the television series "Jungledyret hugo" in America?

I've been looking around the internet for a German dub of the T.V.
series for quite a while but can only find dubs of the movies. I have
only found one clip which is the introduction of the show so I would
also like to know if i can even find or buy the German dub in America.
If so, then may you tell me how/where i can buy/watch/torrent/etc?
