What late 80s/early 90s music video is this?

Late 80s or early 90s. Upbeat song with definite percussion, maybe
clapping hands. The music video is entirely of this room where
everything moves or has some sort of personality and transforms. The
most memorable part (I was a kid seeing this) was a cuckoo clock that
moved and a bird came out. There also may have been guns, like
revolvers shooting. This whole world came alive by the end of the
video. It was either a band or a solo male artist, more likely the
latter. I thought originally it may have been INXS, but it was not.
Please help, going insane. Oh, and it seemed there was a lot of
wood.. such as wood floors, maybe wood piano, wooden cuckoo clock.
Lots of wood. Help.
