Infomercial Pitchman, Facing Charges of Controlling a gimmick, Commits Suicide
Jesse Lapre Jesse Lapre, an infomercial pitchman who was simply facing charges of controlling a gimmick to promote useless companies, has died inside an apparent suicide, in line with the Hollywood Reporter. The Phoenix-based Lapre reaches federal custody of the children from the children and situated dead within the cell Sunday morning. He was indicted in June on 41 counts of conspiracy and fraud. Lapre was billed with marketing firms that defrauded nearly $52 million from greater than 220,000 sufferers. Lapre's trial was scheduled to begin Tuesday. Watch among his advertisements:
