Guitar amp under $600?

What would be a decent electric guitar amp under $600? I was looking
at this

which seems to have some interesting features however I am hesitant to
believe that the quality isn't sacrificed. For under $600 what would I
be best looking at. Its a present and a new amp would be easier.
